Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many court records through Case.net and local court offices, subject to sealed-record rules, juvenile confidentiality under section 211.321, and other access limits. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Audrain County Circuit Clerk handles circuit-court case files, including criminal, civil, family, probate, traffic, and small-claims matters. Municipal courts handle many city ordinance and municipal traffic cases. The Sheriff manages jail and law-enforcement records. Add statewide systems such as Missouri Case.net, Missouri Department of Corrections offender search, and Missouri State Highway Patrol records, and the picture gets crowded fast.
